Kelli and her team are amazing. She understood the market in my area. She helped guide me through the process of getting FEMA to properly zone my house. We got it out of a zone A flood rating to a zone C. Staging was perfect and she generated a huge amount of buzz through all her social media contacts and network of agents. I ended up with a couple full price offers and most importantly, got the home sold. Kelli managed all the home inspections, CO, etc. This was very helpful as I had relocated out of state. She got the job done where 2 other agents I thought would do well yet didnt. I now understand how important finding a great agent is. For me, this was Kelli. Kelli gives great, truthful advice. I learned a lot from her and everything she said paid off. Im very thankful for all she did.

As first time home buyers we were very anxious and excited to get in to our first home. Kelly was patient with us, and answered our many, many many questions. Honestly, the whole home purchasing experience was far easier than we expected it to be! Kelly was top notch, and walked us through the whole process with ease.

Working with Kelly and Samantha was a wonderful experience. They were always available to answer our (many) questions as first time home buyers. They were patient and honest throughout the whole process, which we really appreciated. Their knowledge of the area was outstanding, and it really put us at ease. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Kelly was just wonderful. We were selling our home and she knew exactly the right time to put it on the market. We had already moved out of state and Kelly helped us with whatever we needed with our home in New Jersey which was such a load off our minds. She always kept us updated and returned our calls immediately. We sold and closed on our house in less than 2 months from listing. We can't say enough good things about Kelly, she was there for us 110%. She went above and beyond for us.

A+++ The entire process went smoothly and worry free - her guidance and suggestions were right on and the entire process from listing to closing was very efficient. Kellene is a straight shooter and definitely knows her business for both the buyer and seller . She came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. Super responsive as if you are her only client! Friendly and professional. Thanks for the 5 star service selling the home!!!
